Always make sure your website is optimized for capturing leads. Infusionsoft is the perfect software to help manage those leads and convert them into customers. Don’t forget about social media. Social media is a great place to capture leads, as well. Make sure you are on all of the social media platforms. You never know where your next customer might come from.

Principle # 4 - Survey Your Customers

Once you have leads in your system, make sure to ask them how you are doing as a business. Find out what product features they enjoy or what items need improvement. We really enjoy surveying our list to see where we can provide additional value. Many of our products were developed from customer feedback surveys and continue to be developed from what customers want.

Once you have received valuable feedback from your customers, make sure you build a process that puts that feedback right back into your product development cycle.
